Road Hazard Replacement Program

The following Policy describes how the Road Hazard Replacement Program functions. 

To be eligible:

1. You must be the original owner of the tire.
2. The tire must have been purchased thru either American Classic’s website, via American Classic’s Amazon store, from an authorized dealer, or as original equipment with a new bicycle.
3. Your shipping address must be located within one of the following regions: United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands.

Program limits:

1. Codes and/or coupons can only be used once.
2. Codes and/or coupons can only be applied toward the retail price of the same or comparable product.
3. Shipping and handling are not included. If applicable, shipping and handling will be added to the final transaction.

The process:

1. Fill out the Replacement Request Form 
2. Attach your proof of purchase
3. Read and agree to this policy
4. Submit the form
5. American Classic will review and if eligibility is met, provide a coupon or code and instructions on how to use them
